Prior to joining Oresky & Associates in 2020, Mr. Young was associated with a prominent New York personal injury firm for more than ten years. While there, he developed a reputation as a zealous and fearless advocate, representing clients in cases involving construction accidents, automobile accidents, premises liability, employment discrimination, civil rights and unpaid overtime. Mr. Young litigated numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases that resulted in multimillion-dollar settlements for his clients.
