TOWN OF FISHKILL, NY – A man was killed in a construction accident in the hamlet of Glenham early Wednesday morning, the Mid Hudson News reports.
Town of Fishkill Police say that the accident occurred at a construction site near Old Town Road and Washington Avenue at around 7 a.m., when an unnamed 38-year-old man was crushed under a heavy piece of equipment. Emergency responders were unsuccessful in their attempts to treat the victim at the scene.
Town of Fishkill Police, New York State Police, the Glenham Fire Department, and Beacon Volunteer Ambulance services responded to the accident.
