All too often, pedestrians suffer serious injuries in car accidents. There are laws in place that protect pedestrians, but many drivers fail to follow them. They drive distracted or intoxicated, speed, refuse to yield, or simply fail to look before moving their car. When a driver behaves negligently, and a pedestrian gets hurt, the pedestrian deserves compensation. Unfortunately, obtaining compensation can be difficult.
