Jesse M. Young has been practicing law in New York since 2008. He is a strong advocate for accident victims, focusing his time litigating construction site accident, motor vehicle accident, and premises liability accident cases. Mr. Young represents clients from the inception of their cases through the entire litigation process, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, appeals and trial.
Mr. Young, a seasoned advocate, believes in giving clients one hundred percent of his commitment both in and outside of the courtroom. He makes himself available for client calls, zoom meetings, and office visits, when he is not attending court proceedings, or depositions.
Prior to joining Oresky & Associates in 2020, Mr. Young was associated with a prominent New York personal injury firm for more than ten years. While there, he developed a reputation as a zealous and fearless advocate, representing clients in cases involving construction accidents, automobile accidents, premises liability, employment discrimination, civil rights and unpaid overtime. Mr. Young litigated numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases that resulted in multimillion-dollar settlements for his clients.
